One feature about this page which tells you it’s a women’s mag is the fact this true story is on a girl. Men wouldn’t want to buy a men’s mag to find this story inside because they wouldn’t want to read about this topic but women will because most women care about their health.

The text 'goodbye fat girl' is a main feature on this page. Bold and eye catching because the words 'goodbye' and 'girl' are in red and 'Fat' is in white it makes the word 'fat' stand out more. Also notice how the word 'fat' has been enlarged so that the word relates to the meaning. It also stands out on the blue background.
